Francaise des Constructions Babcock & Wilcox ; 48, Rue la Boetie, Paris.) Oct. 25, 1933, No. 29590. Convention date, Jan 13. [Class 123 (ii).] A waste - heat boiler having water tubes connecting two lower drums 4 to an upper drum 6 is arranged in a flue passage which decreases in cross sectional area in the direction of flow of the gases, and longitudinal rows of similarly bent tubes 7<a>-7<d> extend the whole length of the boiler. Additional tubes 7<e>-7<h> fill the flue passages at successively widened parts 8-11. A superheater 12 is arranged in front of or between the water tubes. A dust collecting chamber 15 with transverse baffles 16 is provided beneath the tubes.
