404,525. Folding crates. PENBERTHY, J., 31, Trenwith Place, St. Ives, Cornwall. May 10, 1933, No. 13639. [Class 18.] In a folding crate of the kind having its sides hinged together by pieces of flexible material, the sides a, b, c, d of skeleton formation are hinged together by pieces e of flexible material, e.g. waxed canvas, inserted in the joints between the end battens and top and bottom battens of each side, the top g and bottom h of the crate also of skeleton formation being secured to the sides by nails i. The battens of the sides are held together by nails f which also pass through the pieces of canvas e.
