Folding seats; rests, backÀ-In a folding seat or back-rest of the kind comprising a seat frame 4, 5 and a back frame 6, 7, adapted to fold flat upon one another, together with stays for holding the parts in position when opened out, each stay comprises a pair of links 11, 12 pivoted together at 13, and adapted to fold together so as to lie in the plane of the seat and back frames when the device is completely folded. A tongue 14 on the link 11 may engage a gap 15 in the link 12.
