Anchors.- Mooring anchors of the mushroom type commonly employed in cable laying and repairing are provided, in order that fouling of the cable may be prevented, with a number of triangular plates or fins c radiating from the shank a to which one side is attached. A second side is shaped to conform to the contour of the inner periphery of the head b whilst the third side forms a guide for the cable.
