Abstract
Disclosed is a train passenger compartment top plate, comprising a middle top plate (1) and side top plates (3), and also comprising lateral top plates (2) and a top plate framework component, wherein a lateral top plate (2) is located between the middle top plate (1) and a side top plate (3) and is mounted to the top plate framework component, and the middle top plate (1) and the side top plates (3) are both separately mounted to the top plate framework component. The structure realizes a complete independent assembly and disassembly so as to enable separate assembly and disassembly conveniently and fast, thereby improving production and maintenance efficiencies.
Description
TRAIN PASSENGER COMPARTMENT TOP PLATE
[0001] This application claims the benefit of priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 201420528894.7, titled “TRAIN PASSENGER COMPARTMENT TOP PLATE”, filed with the Chinese State Intellectual Property Office on September 15, 2014, the entire disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference.
FIELD
[0002] This application relates to the technical field of railway vehicles, and particularly to a train passenger compartment top plate.
BACKGROUND
[0003] Currently, a train passenger compartment top plate consists of a middle top plate and a side top plate. The middle top plate is located in the centre of the top plate of the passenger compartment. The side top plate is located at two sides of the top plate of the passenger compartment. The middle top plate and the side top plate are connected with each other.
[0004] Since an air duct and an air conditioning unit are arranged above the middle top plate and the air duct and the air conditioning unit may be periodically maintained and dedusted, the middle top plate needs to be assembled or disassembled frequently. Further, a loudspeaker, a destination display, a side lamp and a car number are mounted onto the side top plate. Therefore, the side top plate also needs to be disassembled frequently in order to make maintenance for the components mounted onto the side top plate. However, the middle top plate and the side top plate are connected with each other, thus, when only one of the middle top plate and the side top plate is disassembled, the other one, which does not need to be disassembled, would inevitably be affected. Sometimes, both of them have to be disassembled. Therefore, the assembly and disassembly of only one of the middle top plate and the side top plate is not convenient and thus production and maintenance efficiencies are decreased.
[0005] In view of this, the technical issue to be addressed by those skilled in the art presently is to make assembly and disassembly of only one of the middle top plate and the side top plate convenient and facilitate the maintenance of the components mounted onto the middle top plate or the side top plate.
SUMMARY
[0006] In view of this, an object of the present application is to provide a train passenger compartment top plate in which a middle top plate or a side top plate can be assembled or disassembled conveniently and individually, thus the maintenance in this area would be facilitated.
[0007] To achieve the object, the following technical solutions are provided according to the present application.
[0008] A train passenger compartment top plate includes a middle top plate and a side top plate, and further includes a lateral top plate and a top plate framework component.
[0009] The lateral top plate is located between the middle top plate and the side top plate and is mounted on the top plate framework component. The middle top plate and the side top plate are each individually mounted onto the top plate framework component.
[0010] Preferably, in the train passenger compartment top plate, the top plate framework component includes a first top plate framework, a second top plate framework and a third top plate framework, two lateral sides of the middle top plate are respectively connected to the first top plate framework symmetrically arranged at two sides of the passenger compartment, one end of the lateral top pate is inserted into and secured to the first top plate framework for mounting and another end of the lateral top pate is connected to the second top plate framework, the third top plate framework is connected to the second top plate framework, one end of the side top plate is connected to the third top plate framework.
[0011] Preferably, in the train passenger compartment top plate, a lighting fitting is mounted onto an inner side of a top end of the side top plate, and the lighting fitting is located between the lateral top plate and the side top plate.
[0012] Preferably, in the train passenger compartment top plate, the middle top plate is fixed onto the first top plate framework through a bolt and a nut.
[0013] Preferably, in the train passenger compartment top plate, one end of the lateral top plate is fixed to the second top plate framework through a bolt and a nut.
[0014] Preferably, in the train passenger compartment top plate, the third top plate framework is fixed to the second top plate framework through a bolt and a nut.
[0015] Preferably, in the train passenger compartment top plate, one end of the side top plate is fixed to the third top plate framework through a bolt and a nut.
[0016] Compared with the conventional technology, the present application has the following beneficial effects.
[0017] In the train passenger compartment top plate provided according to the present application, the lateral top plate is arranged between the middle top plate and the side top plate, and the middle top plate and the side top plate are separately mounted to the top plate framework component. In this way, when only one of the middle top plate and the side top plate is assembled and disassembled, the other one would not be affected and thus a completely separate assembly and disassembly can be realized. Therefore, the assembly and disassembly of only the middle top plate or the side top plate are convenient and thus the time for the assembly and disassembly may be reduced and further the time for the maintenance may also be reduced. Thereby, production and maintenance efficiencies may be improved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0022] A train passenger compartment top plate is disclosed in the present application. In the train passenger compartment top plate, convenient assembly and disassembly of only a middle top plate or a side top plate may be realized, and thus the maintenance in this area would be facilitated.
[0023] The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described hereinafter in conjunction with the drawings of the embodiments of the present application. Apparently, the embodiments described are only some examples of the present application, and not all implementation. Other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present application without any creative efforts all fall into the protection scope of the present application.
[0024] Referring to Figures 1 and 2, Figure lisa schematic view showing the structure of a train passenger compartment top plate according to an embodiment of the present application and Figure 2 is a partial enlarged view of part A shown in Figure 1.
[0025] A train passenger compartment top plate is provided according to an embodiment of the present application. This train passenger compartment top plate includes a middle top plate 1, a side top plate 3, a lateral top plate 2 and a top plate framework component. A lateral top plate 2 is located between the middle top plate 1 and a side top plate 3 and is mounted to the top plate framework component. The middle top plate 1 and the side top plate 3 are both individually mounted to the top plate framework component.
[0026] As can be seen from Figures 1 and 2, the middle top plate 1 and the side top plate 3 are separated by the lateral top plate 2, and the lateral top plate 2, the middle top plate 1 and the side top plate 3 are all separately mounted onto the top plate framework component rather than being directly connected to each other. Therefore, when the equipment mounted onto the middle top plate 1 or the side top plate 3 needs to be maintained, only the middle top plate 1 or the side top plate 3 needs to be assembled and disassembled. Since the middle top plate 1 and the side top plate 3 are independent from each other, the assembly and disassembly of one of the middle top plate 1 and the side top plate 3 would not affect the assembly and disassembly of the other one, thus one of the middle top plate 1 and the side top plate 3 does not need to be disassembled during the disassembly of another, which may otherwise be the case in the conventional technology. Therefore, in the train passenger compartment top plate according to the present application, convenient a assembly and disassembly of only one of the middle top plate 1 and the side top plate 3 may be realized, and thus the maintenance of the equipment mounted onto the top plate is facilitated. In this way, the time for the assembly and disassembly may be reduced and thus maintenance and production efficiencies may be improved.
[0027] A specific top plate framework component is provided according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in Figure 2, this top plate framework component includes a first top plate framework 5, a second top plate framework 6 and a third top plate framework 7 fixed to the car roof of the train passenger compartment. The first top plate framework 5, the second top plate framework 6 and the third top plate framework 7 are all symmetrically arranged at two sides of the car roof of the train passenger compartment. Two sides of the middle top plate 1 are connected to two first top plate frameworks 5 symmetrically arranged at two sides of the passenger compartment, respectively. One end of the lateral top pate 2 is inserted into and secured to the first top plate framework 5 and the other end of the lateral top pate 2 is connected to the second top plate framework 6. The third top plate framework 7 is connected to the second top plate framework 6. An upper portion of the side top plate 3 is connected to the third top plate framework 7 and a lower portion of the side top plate 3 is mounted onto a luggage rack.
[0028] The mounting process of the train passenger compartment top plate specifically includes the following steps 1 to 5.
[0029] Step 1 may include, before mounting the top plate, firstly mounting the first top plate framework 5 to the air duct for integrating the first top plate framework 5 with the air duct and then mounting the air duct, the first top plate framework 5 and the second top plate framework 6 to the car roof.
[0030] Step 2 may include mounting the lateral top plate 2. One end of the lateral top plate 2 is inserted into and secured to the first top plate framework 5 and the other end of the lateral top plate 2 is fixed to the second top plate framework 6. Thus, the mounting of the lateral top plate 2 is completed. Since only electrical wires are mounted above the lateral top plate 2 and the electrical wires need not to be maintained frequently, the lateral top plate 2 is mounted firstly and the lateral top plate 2 does not need to be assembled or disassembled frequently.
[0031] Step 3 may include mounting the third top plate framework 7 to the second top plate framework 6.
[0032] Step 4 may include mounting the middle top plate 1. The two sides of the middle top plate 1 are fixedly mounted to the first top plate framework 5 located at the two sides of the car roof, respectively. Thus, the mounting of the middle top plate 1 is completed.
[0033] Step 5 may include mounting the side top plate 3. The upper portion of the side top plate 3 is fixedly mounted to the third top plate framework 7 and the lower portion of the side top plate 3 is fixed to the luggage rack. Thus, the mounting of the entire train passenger compartment top plate is completed.
[0034] In addition to the top plate framework component, other forms of top plate framework assemblies may also be employed, for example, the top plate framework component may be configured to be of an integrated structure, as long as the side top plate 3, the middle top plate 1 and the lateral top plate 2 can be separately secured.
[0035] To further optimize the train passenger compartment top plate, a lighting fitting 4 may be mounted to and integrated on the inner side of the top end of the side top plate 3 and the lighting fitting 4 is located between the lateral top plate 2 and the side top plate 3, as shown in Figure 2. Light emitted from the lighting fitting 4 is reflected by the lateral top plate 2 and then shines into the passage compartment. Therefore, the reflection of the light emitted from the lighting fitting 4 may be changed by adjusting the configuration and mounting angle of the lateral top plate 2 and performing a surface treatment for the lateral top plate 2 and thus the light effect inside the passenger compartment can be improved.
[0036] For facilitating the assembly and disassembly of the middle top plate 1, the side top plate 3 and the lateral top plate 2, in this embodiment, the middle top plate 1 is fixed to the first top plate framework 5 through a bolt and a nut. One end of the lateral top plate 2 is fixed to the second top plate framework 6 through a bolt and a nut and the other end of the lateral top plate 2 is inserted into and secured to the first top plate framework 5. The third top plate framework 7 is fixed to the second top plate framework 6 through a bolt and a nut. The upper portion of the side top plate 3 is fixed to the third top plate framework 7 through a bolt and a nut and the lower portion of the side top plate 3 is fixed to a luggage rack.
[0037] Apparently, in addition to the fixing method by the bolt and the nut, a screw may also be used for fixing. Herein, connecting method is not specifically limited.

It is obvious for the person skilled in the art to make many modifications to these embodiments. The general principle defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Therefore, the present application is not limited to these embodiments illustrated herein, but should be defined by the broadest scope consistent with the principle and novel features disclosed herein.
Claims (7)
1. A train passenger compartment top plate, comprising a middle top plate (1) and a side top plate (3), wherein the train passenger compartment top plate further comprises a lateral top plate (2) and a top plate framework component, the lateral top plate (2) is located between the middle top plate (1) and the side top plate (3) and is mounted onto the top plate framework component, and the middle top plate (1) and the side top plate (3) are each individually mounted onto the top plate framework component.
2. The train passenger compartment top plate according to claim 1, wherein the top plate framework component comprises a first top plate framework (5), a second top plate framework (6) and a third top plate framework (7), two sides of the middle top plate (1) are connected to two first top plate frameworks (5) symmetrically arranged at two sides of the passenger compartment, respectively, one end of the lateral top pate (2) is inserted into and secured to the first top plate framework (5) and another end of the lateral top pate (2) is connected to the second top plate framework (6), the third top plate framework (7) is connected to the second top plate framework (6), one end of the side top plate (3) is connected to the third top plate framework (7).
3. The train passenger compartment top plate according to claim 1, wherein a lighting fitting (4) is mounted to an inner side of a top end of the side top plate (3), and the lighting fitting (4) is located between the lateral top plate (2) and the side top plate (3).
4. The train passenger compartment top plate according to claim 2, wherein the middle top plate (1) is fixed to the first top plate framework (5) through a bolt and a nut.
5. The train passenger compartment top plate according to claim 2, wherein one end of the lateral top plate (2) is fixed to the second top plate framework (6) through a bolt and a nut.
6. The train passenger compartment top plate according to claim 2, wherein the third top plate framework (7) is fixed to the second top plate framework (6) through a bolt and a nut.
7. The train passenger compartment top plate according to claim 2, wherein an upper portion of the side top plate (3) is fixed to the third top plate framework (7) through a bolt and a nut.
