Abstract

A concrete post and gravel board paint protection system comprises two pieces of flexible moulded plastic that attach to the post (figure 2) and gravel board (figure 1). Both pieces may have tapered edges. The pieces facilitate masking up posts and covering the ground to keep the paint off vulnerable plants.

Description

Fencemate: Fence and post garden protection system.

This invention relates to a device that protects concrete fence panels and garden plants.

It is designed to enable us to spray fence panels with conventional power spray guns and conventional paint brush to protect against overspray and paint splashes.

Fencemate is a two piece universal protection unit that is simple to use yet positive in reducing overspray and paint drips, at the same time it is so easy to clean and store until the next time it is required.

The first section fits across the bottom of your fence panel by sliding it in via the tapered edge, the weight of the panel holds it in place, the second unit fits left andlor right of the fence post, this has been designed to the shape of the post and is held in place by it's moulded design.

Its bottom edge rests on the top edge of the first section that you have put in place, it can be adjusted by hand if you wish or totally hands free, as each panel is sprayed just take out the two sections and move to your next panel.

1. Claims I A concrete post and gravel board paint protection system comprising of two pieces of flexible moulded plastic that attach to the garden post and lower gravel board universal fitting.
2. 2 Designed with a tapered edge that slides into the concrete post holding it fast and securely in place allowing for the variations in post thickness will adapt every time.
3. 3 Its design fits 6 x 6 and/or 6 x 4 fence panels, sliding the tapered edge of unit 1 under the gravel board, the fence panel weight holds this in place, followed by the tapered edge of unit 2 which slides directly into the concrete post (left or right).
4. 4 Once both sections are in place your hands are free to brush paint or spray the fence panels as required at the same time FENCEMATE keeps the paint where it should be on the fence.this product takes out the hard work of masking up posts and covering the ground to keep the paint off vulnerable plants and also keeps your posts looking like new every year * .* * * * *a * 4S * SSS **.. * * *S* * * * S * *
