Abstract

A window or door with a fixed frame (1) and a casement frame (2) having a bolt with at least one hook (62) on the rebate side of the casement frame which, on closing of the casement frame, fits into an engagement groove (71) on the fixed frame. The use of more than one hook is also disclosed (see fiqures 4 and 6a).
