Abstract

A water tank is formed from modular glass reinforced plastics panels, which are bolted directly together. The panels are 1.00 metre square, or have edge dimensions increased by one or two times the thickness of the panels. No angle or channel members are required at the joints.

Description

TYPE OF WATER TANK PANELS FIXED WITH NO ANGLE OR CHANNEL DESCRIPTION 1. One metre water tank panel made wider by the thickness 80 that end panel will fit into aide panel, side panel plus end panel will fit on top of bottom panel ( by means of bolting). No need for angle or channel.
Any size panel can be adapted to form any size water tank.

Claims (3)

TYPE OF WATER TANK PANELS FIXED WITH NO ANGLE OR CHANNEL. Claims.
1. G.R.P. tank panels are fixed together without channel or angle.
2. A tank can be made to any combination frdm One cubic metre upwards.
3. The saving on a Ten metre tank is 80 metres of channel, 40 metres of angle and 960 bolts, plus the time taken to drill the channel and angle. Tanks can be erected easier and faster by this means.
