DESCRIPTION NO GB.9916297.6
ESSENTIAL FEATURES/ AS IN CLAIM,l;
AS IN CLAIM 1;
ORNAMENTAL DESIGN THE ORNAMENTAL DESIGN FOR THE ( LEAN TOO) SEMI AUTOMATED HIGH RISE CAR PARK STORAGE CELLS IS ALLSO CLAIMED
2.
The modular units include plural parking compartments The modular units include plural parking compartments. modular (lean too) car park park multiple level Wdth,height & breadth semi automated (lean to) against any wall or/building as building any height old or new linking or integrating two or more buildings together to form any linked unit or units, forming a storage or parking structure. Above or below ground Ievel.A vehicle parking structure having a plurity of prefabricated modular parking units multi level and multi height multi breath multi width units constructed from prefabricated steel & metal modular components, with external & internal multiple lifts with variouse combinations of removable quick release carrying floors attatched to each other being single floor lifts /double/ triple and quadruple carrying capacity, one floor under each other moving on a vertical or horizontal plane. The modular units include open plan plural parking compartments automated bearing runners,for storing vehicles The parking cells will provide a much needed & awaited personal choice of of street parking within the inner citys, will allso help unclog the citys & roads of vehicles demanding space freeing the roads & parking zones o by placing them in the air above ground using as yet unused empty space the protection afforded to woman from this type of car park is much neede on a daily basiss offering complete security & personel protection allowing peace of mind the cell units needing a object to integrate with in this sense the wall of any building adapting to any shape in any situation make this a novel feature within itself allowing allso for the interlinking columns to cross migrate into any fixtures height & length at ground level ceiling level or low level furnishing a intedinking adaptable structure covering open units semi open cell units ESSENTIAL FEATURES.
The modular semi automated ( lean too) car park parking structure Mult level & conecting cells quicker building time weeks instead of years has never been thought of or built anywhere else new concept & idea allows a maximam use of air space still as yet unused in citys 3 the multiple lift combinations along with rolling rollers emergency hoists emergency exits with co-operational computer controls allow for zero failure rates along with hydrolic systems A other guidence systems The system is completly modular & can therfore be adapted to fit to the shape of any building square round oblong the system has a multiple choice of levels & combinations a pludty of combinations above or below ground even over or across water in any space allowing the conection of more than one or more buildings bddging that gap the modulars shape allow lifts to operate externaly & internaly one lift to a section or a multiple of lifts using different combrinationsone central lift may be used to serve 8 cell combinations on one floor using the central dome as a means to travel verticaly using the front ground entrance cell for axcess giving pluhty of uses the ftexability of this system allow entances, & exits to be created at will in any place or situation entrances from the front or sides / simular to a train traveling through a tunnel yet being picked up when in the centre & moved to the roof, having a plu6ty of lifts allows quickness of retrieval at any time especialy having collapsable chain lifts with more than one floor attatched to each main lift underneath allowing the quick retrieval of more than one car at atime especialy rush hours allso, allowing deposits of more than one car at a time during the same pedod when required a emergency automated grab roller system as shown moves freely on all floors & passagways should the need adse as in fires breakdowns allowing for depositing the vehicle into a retreval position The ease & errection of the system allso allows for removal & resighting should the need ever adse that the mainframe structure is novel due to conections & fixings using the H shape interfiting connections the emergency automated lifting hoist situated on the top level running along guide rails with an extendable boom when called upon either for repairs to external lifts, the boom is retracted when not in use, 4 The roof is also distinct in the fact that part of it it would operate on individual sectional rollers in moving forward & backwards to allow open sky viewing which is made of a lightweigt product being semi circular in shape as in a quarter segment of a circle sitting on top of bearers laid at 90 deg against a wall at a level plane allowing for allso, for more than 2 units joined together allowing a half circle to encompass the designated areas offering a covering globe giving wind resistance at height which would be alluminated at night offering allso a internal runaway for the rainwater directing it back to the ground, allso to the end of a multiple cell run there would be a external see through multi level glass dome lift for people to all floors a chamber connected by circumferencial rounded support beams joined to the main frame beams at each floor level allowing access connected directly in situe to the units with protective support skeleton incorporated within this would be option of instaling circumferncial stairs to each floor structure The computer controling system is allso novel in the fact that it would allow access to card holders allso keep a track of daily users as in other companys would allso know what vehicle was parked in what cell by registration number operating on a 24 hour time system you instruct the computer to deliver vehicle to departure station at will allso company share scheme offering invoices on a monthly basiss The directional rollers give added security to the system as you park your vehicle on the lift,lock. it up away you go no need to leave keys with anyone, CHANGE OF USE The system of cells could easily be adapted to any configuration to suit changing needs as in living accomadation in stable conditions,further adaptions to the load bearing supports would be needed for low cost housing within the earthquake zones by altering the outer externifies shoulder ends to all support load bearing steels allowing them to move left or right and up and down as on a pogo stick linked to a central pillar situated within the center of any building with supports connected to the central pillar with a means of movement at the end of each column as building a fle)dble means of moving by instaling a movable ram system on wheels at ground level or below ground level conversant with a telescopic type movable support column therby leaving the building standing after tremours have struck
