Trousers and pantaloon garments.-The leg portion 8 of garments is made with a flap 11 carrying an eyelet 12 for engagement with a lace 10 detachably secured to a loop 9 on the outside seam. The flap, which is intended to be wound round the wearer's calf or ankle, may be intergal with, or may be a triangular piece of material sewn to, the garment.
