Abstract

The device to trim a container (20) on the deck of a ship (21) comprises a securing rod (24) and a tensioning member (25). Those two elements are releasably associated. The tensioning member is of the screw type. The connection between the tensioning member (25) and the rod (24) may be carried out or released by a displacement transversally to the rod. Therefore, an idle travel is not required by such device.
