Abstract

203,997. Dyer, W. April 19, 1923. Jackets.-A detachable jacket, adjustable to fit different sizes of kettles &c. comprises a metal band a of slightly tapered form bent around upper and lower steel wires c, d respectively, both wires at the overlapping end of the band being hooked to take over the inner part. The heated flame gases pass out through gaps between the serrations b at the top of the jacket.
