Abstract

259,820. Morris, W. H. March 8, 1926. Spouts.-A detachable spout of tapered oval shape is formed by uniting two flanged metal parts A, A', Fig. 1, the upper part A of which has an extension adapted to cover the neck C of an oil drum &c. A flap A<2>, Fig. 5, preferably formed with a rim A<4> may be provided further to cover in the neck of the opening. The spout is attached to the neck C by a spring clip B held in place by a bent over part, A<3> of the lower portion.
