Abstract

Electric motor-generator block unit comprising into a single housing an electric motor and a current generator coaxially arranged with a common rotor rotating on a fixed center axis. The rotor is composed of two flanges (6) (6a) enclosing a set of concentric cylinder heads (7) (7a) separated by an insulating sleeve (8) interposed between them. The armature (9) of the motor is fixed to the outer cylinder head (7) of the rotor and rotates inside the fixed inductor (4) of the motor which is integral with the inner wall of the housing (3). The armature (10) of the generator is fixed to the inner cylinder head (7a) of the rotor and rotates about the fixed inductor (14) of the generator solidary with the center axis (1) of the unit.
