Abstract

A pressure regulator for a gas- fired boiler comprises a valve member (not shown) connected to a diaphragm F so as to be urged closed by gas pressure acting on the diaphragm and urged open by a spring M, the loading, and hence the controlled gas pressure, being continuously adjusted by temperature-responsive means, such as thermistors 15, 21 sensing respectively the temperature of central heating water and hot-water supply. <IMAGE>
