Abstract

The aim is to introduce a beverage containing carbonic acid, particularly beer into a pressure tank (1), without allowing this beverage to be in contact with the walls of the tank (1). For this purpose, a bag (12) is placed inside the tank and the beverage is introduced into this bag. The bag is renewed each time it is filled. The tank presents at two opposite locations, openings (19, 20) which can be closed by elements (10, 11). The bag (12) is introduced through one of the two openings. In order to prevent that folds, covered by the beverage, remain at these locations during the filling, we propose to introduce the bag into the tank by means of a tubular envelope (13) which will allow to spread out progressively the bag (12).
