Abstract

A centrifugal spreader for spreading material particularly fertilisers comprises a storage container (1) having two outlet hoppers (13) provided with respective flat bottom plates (8). The spreader also comprises two projecting discs (9), drivable in mutually opposite rotary directions, located below the plates. The bottom plates have outlet openings (7) closable by flow control sliders (16) which are located below the plates and are adjustable as to their degree of opening; the bottom plates being releasably connected to the outlet hoppers and a non-corrosive material being provided at contact faces between the bottom plates and the flow control sllders. <IMAGE>
