Abstract

For the exact rectilinear guidance of the horizontally movable ram in presses for the bundling of old paper, cardboard or similar wastes, it is provided to support or to guide the ram plate (1) with its drive rod (2) through an auxiliary frame (3, 3a, 4, 5) and roller pairs (8, 9, 10, 11).
