Abstract
A vibratory cutting tool which operates on the twisting vibration technique comprises a vibrator which vibrates in response to an oscillator, a vibrator horn 32, a vibration member 33 which vibrates in resonance with the horn and which carries a cutting tip 38 and the horn and the vibration member are screwed together with the contacting surfaces substantially at right angles to the axis of vibration. <IMAGE>
