Abstract
The plant includes a compressor 28 and turbine 30 whose working air is heated by passage through a pressurised heat store 24 containing rocks or bricks, the latter being heated by air circulating in loop 22 containing a heat exchanger 14 receiving the sun's rays from mirrors 40. <IMAGE>
