Abstract

A hydraulic circuit (10) automatically, controllably moves an actuating element (12) such as, for example, a hydraulic cylinder (31) for controlling the operation of a parking brake (29) or a relief valve for controlling a transmission. A first pressurized fluid source provides fluid (20) for moving the actuating element (12). A control valve (40) is movable from a first (42) toward a second position (44) is response to a second pressurized fluid source (36) delivering a fluid signal of a preselected pressure. Positive release of the brake (29) for operation of an associated work vehicle, for example, is permitted only upon the second fluid source (36), such as an engine- driven hydraulic pump (38), delivering the fluid signal to the control valve (40) in response to said pump (38) achieving sufficient pressure for lubrication of an engine (70) of the work vehicle. <IMAGE>
