Abstract
Amines of the general formula <IMAGE> wherein X and Y independently represent hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, trifluoromethyl or alkoxy, R1 represents hydrogen or alkyl, R2 and R3 independently of one another represent hydrogen, alkyl or cycloalkyl which is optionally substituted by hydroxyl, halogen or alkoxy, or represent alkenyl or aralkyl, or R2 and R3, together with the nitrogen atom, form a heterocyclic ring, R4 represents hydrogen or alkyl and n represents 0 or 1. are prepared by reacting sulphuric acid esters of the general formula <IMAGE> their alkali metal salts, for example sodium salts, potassium salts or lithium salts, or their alkaline earth metal salts, for example calcium salts or barium salts, with amines of the general formula <IMAGE>
