Abstract

Apparatus for throwing and catching a ball comprises a cup- shaped instrument 2 provided with external gripping means, the cup being produced in one piece by moulding and having in its peripheral wall slots issuing into at least one depression provided in the cup wall for receiving at least one bar 11 surrounded by a flexible band 13 forming rings 14 with a regulatable opening externally of the cup. <IMAGE>
