Abstract

The invention relates to a self- contained device, adjusted by a cable, for adjusting the orientation of vehicle headlights, the device comprising a support 100 for mounting on a body part of the vehicle by lugs 102 and 105, a pivoting lever 500 mounted to rotate in the support about pins in bores and connected to the adjusting cable 600, and a block 400 which is pivoted to the lever by pins and which receives a screw 200 by which the adjusting movement is transmitted to the headlight. <IMAGE>
