Abstract

A bed 3 has a movable receptacle 9 for a baby cradle 10. The receptacle 9 is fixed to the bed at or near the foot of the bed. The receptacle 9 comprises a plate 31 pivotable about a vertical axis and carried by telescopic cantilever arms 11, 12 also pivotable about vertical axes so that the plate 31 can move in the directions X, Y, Z, T. <IMAGE>
