Abstract

The system comprises a locking device for the latching member of a ROLOC box (13) which holds a trailer onto a deck in which a tang (20) of non-circular cross-section attached to a holding member (16), a multi-sided nut (18) threadedly engaging with the holding member (16), and a locking yoke (23) slidable on the tank (20) and engageable with the nut to prevent any significant rotation thereof. <IMAGE>
