Abstract
Pharmaceutically active compounds of the formula <IMAGE> wherein p + q is zero or one; Z is CH2CH2- or trans-CH=CH-; g is zero, one or 2; R8 is H, OH or CH2OH; Y5 is trans- CH=CH-, cis-CH=CH-, -CH2CH2- or C=C-; R5 is hydrogen or C1-4alkyl; R3 and R4 are each chosen from H, Me and F; R7 is n-alkyl or an optionally ring- substituted phenoxy, phenyl or phenylalkyl group; and X1 is optionally esterified carboxy, hydroxymethyl or optionally substituted aminomethyl or amino-carbonyl; and salts thereof.
