207,317. Butler, R. T., (trading as Crumpton & Co., T. H.). Oct. 2, 1922. Bags for golf clubs. -A golf bag comprises a body of fabric or other similar material, a shoe of moulded indiarubber extending over and secured to the lower end of the body, and a reinforcing member on the upper part of the body also formed of moulded indiarubber. The shoe 3 is moulded to a cup shape, as shown, and is reinforced by layers 4 of canvas. It is secured to the lower end 'of the canvas body 1 by stitching 5, an annular reinforcing member 2 of leather being secured on the inner side. The ring 7 for the top of the bag is also of indiarubber, moulded to shape, and may be reinforced bv canvas insertions if desired. The ring may be formed with a partition member 12 which extends across the mouth of the bag to separate the wooden clubs from the irons.
