206,803. Brooke, G. E. Aug. 10, 1923. Refuse bins.-An open - topped refuse receptacle 3 is provided with a removable casing or hood 4 fitted with lids 8, 8<a> pivoted at 9. One lid 8 bears against the underside of the flange of the opening 7 the other lid being weighted. The two lids are integral and may be connected by stays. Handles 5 are provided for removing the hood from the receptacle.
