191,817. Rogers, F. H., (Postel, A. F.), and Postel, J. R.). Oct. 17, 1921. Locking nuts. - Relates to devices of the kind in which a key engages in co-operating grooves in the nut and bolt respectively, and consists in making the key with two .portions 18, 19 seating in the grooves 16 in the bolt 12, and an intermediate portion 20 seating in a groove 11 in the nut 10. The end 19 of the key is bent into a hole 17 in the bolt. The grooves 11 in the nut are bevelled at one side. In a modification, the end 18 of the key has an extension which is turned up to engage the opposite groove 11 in the nut like the intermediate portion 20.
