Ceiling and like overhead lamps.-In an overhead ceiling lamp, an electric bulb support C of insulating material is confined with a casing D, which is secured by screw 7 to a ceiling plate E which, with the casing D, is secured to a ceiling outlet A by screws 6 which pass through slots 5 in the plate E, and slots 4 on the casing D. Screwed into the lower tubular part of the casing D is a tube H provided with a V-shaped annular flange 11 which supports a reflector J, and is provided with notches 12, Fig. 5, in which are mounted the heads 14 of rods 13 carrying a diffuser bowl M. The support C is threaded to receive the threaded plug 10 of the bulb F.
