Dust distributors.-In a blower of the ejector type for spreading inert dust in coal mines, the depending suction pipe h, communicating with a supply of dust, is at its lower end provided with a number of serrations or slots i for the admission of dust and air, the size of the openings thus provided being regulated by an adjustable sliding sleeve j. The air nozzle a is screwed into a bracket d, connected to the member f carrying the flaring distributing tube g, so that its discharging orifice may be adjusted relatively to the pipe h.
