Light - subduing screens for drivers. -A. device for protecting the eyes of drivers of motor vehicles from the glare of the sun or approaching head-lights consists of sheet a of coloured or ground glass or celluloid which is attached to the wind-screen c in a fixed position either by means of double suction-cups b, Fig. 2, or by means of cement or glue, or by removing a portion of the glass from the wind-screen and substituting the coloured screen.
