Abstract

169,118. Loach, P. E., and Price, H. J. Nov. 25, 1920. Ball and float valves. -The float lever B is formed with an upstanding heel D carrying an adjustable screw pin E adapted to engage the end of the valve plug A. The screw is locked in its adjusted position by a lock-nut F. The screw E may be replaced by a sliding pin secured in the heel by a transverse set-screw. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 4783/09 and 15321/15.
