1529041 Cyclohexyl ethers of chlorinated substituted phenol BAYER AG 21 Jan 1977 [24 Jan 1976] 02524/77 Heading C2C [Also in Division C3] Cyclohexyl ethers of chlorinated substituted phenols of the general formula: in which R represents cyclohexyl, c represents 1-6 and d is the difference 6-c are prepared by reacting hexachlorobenzene with from 1À2 to 3À0 moles of an alkali metal cyclohexanolate per mole of hexchlorobenzene. The compounds may be used as an ingredient in a lacquer.
