1437028 Switch contacts BILL SWITCHGEAR Ltd 2 Sept 1974 [10 Sept 1973] 42478/73 Heading H1N [Also in Division H2] A contact assembly comprises at least one pair of contact fingers 1, 1, Fig. 2, extending through a conductor plate 2 for engagement with a contact (not shown) therebetween and biased by a spring 3 into pivoted engagement with opposite side edges of the aperture 5 in the plate 2, therebeing a restraining means 4 in the region of the spring 3 to hold the contact surfaces 6 in spaced relationship. More than one pair of fingers 1, 1 may be arranged in a common aperture 5 or in separate apertures.
