Abstract

1418015 Warp-knitted fabrics YOSHIDA KOGYO KK 7 Dec 1972 [10 Dec 1971] 56556/ 72 Heading D1K Warp-knitted stringer tapes, have at least one narrower wale 6 with at least one adjacent wider interwale groove 10, 11 to receive the lines of sewing which secure the fastener elements 13. The tape is knitted with tricot stitches 1, chain stitches 2 and laid-in wefts 3, the tricot and chain stitches together forming wales except at one edge where wale 6 consists of tricot stitches only. The elements 13 may consist of a continuous coil either on the edge of the tape lying flat Fig. 3 or turned back to form an invisible fastener.
