Abstract

1416308 Releasable fastenings SALAMANDRE METAL WORKS Ltd 2 March 1973 [13 Jan 1972] 1761/72 Heading E2A [Also in Division H2] The cover 10 of cable trunking is secured to the trunking I by securing devices each comprising a body having a shoulder which seats against the cover, the rest of the body passing through a hole 17 in the cover and having a collar 32 thereabout and a resilient metal blade 33 fitting in a groove 34 in which it is secured by a screw 35; alternatively the sides of groove 34 are bent over to secure blade 33. The ends of the blade 33 have cam portions 37 to engage behind flanges 6, 7 formed internally of the trunking. The head of the body portion has a slot or flats whereby it may be turned for securing.
