140,167. Motteau, A. Feb. 10, 1919. Window frames; glazing windows.-Window panes are retained in position in metallic frames by strips 1 of metal arranged in slots in any part of the frame bars. Where slots 1<a> or 6 are provided for assembling the frame bars, they may be utilized. Fig. 3 shows the strip placed in a slot 6. In cases where, owing to the tool employed, the slots 1<a>, Fig. 1, are wide, the strip 1 is corrugated, as shown at 2, to enable it to be held firmly in position. Specification 123,004 is referred to.
