Abstract
1480030 Salts of aminodicarboxylic acids AJINOMOTO CO Inc 17 June 1975 [19 June 1974] 25836/75 Heading C2C [Also in Division C5] The acid magnesium salt of N-lauroyl-L- glutamic acid is prepared by reacting monosodium N - lauroyl - L - glutamate with magnesium sulphate in aqueous solution. The acid magnesium salt of N-palmitoyl-L-glutamic acid, the acid magnesium salt of N-stearoyl-L- glutamic acid, the acid calcium salt of N- lauroyl-L-glutamic acid, the acid aluminium salt of N-lauroyl-L-glutamic acid, the neutral magnesium salt of N-stearoyl-L-glutamic acid, the neutral calcium salt of N-palmitoyl-L- glutamic acid and the neutral aluminium salt of N-stearoyl-L-glutamic acid are prepared by analogous methods.
