Abstract
1472331 Steel powders KAWASAKI STEEL CORP 2 July 1974 [5 July 1973] 29382/74 Heading C7A Low alloy steels, having an excellent hardenability as measured by the forming test, are made from powders produced by granulation after atomizing. The composition of the powders consists of:- The powders are reduction annealed in hydrogen at 1050C for 3 hours prior to sinter forging in closed dies, and are used in automotive applications.
