Abstract

1469944 Capacitors DECCA Ltd 21 April 1975 [19 April 1974] 17168/74 Heading H1M In an interdigitated capacitor forming part of a strip transmission line in a microwave circuit, spurious resonance characteristics are minimized by conductive links 9 bridging adjacent fingers 7 of each electrode and extending over but not contacting the intervening finger of the other electrode. The electrodes and conductive tracks may be gold deposited on alumina substrate 2 bearing ground plane conductor 3 on its opposite surface, and the links may be gold wire.
