Abstract
1464797 Vitamin injections AMERICAN CYANAMID CO 4 July 1974 [2 Aug 1973] 29786/74 Heading A5B A stable aqueous multivitamin preparation consists of two incompatible aqueous vitamin preparations each held in a separate compartment of a two compartment syringe capable of consecutively injecting said preparations into a host, wherein one preparation is at a pH of 6.8 to 7.6 and contains 300 mg of sodium ascorbate (calculated as ascorbic acid), 1 mg folic acid and 20 mg niacinamide and the other preparation is at a pH of 4.5 to 5.5 and contains 10 mg thiamine, hydrochloride, 10 mg sodium riboflavin-5'-phosphate (calculated as riboflavin), 55 mg niacinamide, 10 mg d-panthenol, 15 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride and 15 mcg cyanocobalamin. The first preparation may also include vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D2, and d-alpha-tocophenyl acetate.
