Abstract

1462689 Valves T L HENNINGSSON 5 March 1974 [5 March 1973] 9790/74 Heading F2V Flow from an inlet 12 is directed by a ball closure member 26 to an outlet 14 and to a further outlet 16 leading to a radiator or other device from which fluid returns to the outlet 14 via a connection 18. The closure member may be rotated by a stem 38 in relation to an elastic seat 44 of rubber or plastics material. The outlet 16 may be connected to chemical apparatus, a heat exchanger or a ventilation unit. In an embodiment which does not form part of the invention, the closure member connects the inlet 12 only with the outlet 16.
