1459704 Gas detection apparatus GAS MEASUREMENT INSTRUMENTS Ltd 27 March 1975 12833/75 Heading G1N Gas detection apparatus includes a housing 10 constituted by two die-cast aluminium alloy containers 11, 12 arranged with their closed ends in mutual abutment, one of the boxes housing an electrically-operable gas sensor and the other housing one or more electric storage batteries for powering the sensor, and the electrical leads which pass from one container to the other are a close fit in apertures extending through the closed ends 30A, 31A of the containers.
