Abstract
1455627 Pressure-sensitive record sheets INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORP 11 March 1974 [16 April 1973] 10702/74 Heading D2B A pressure sensitive dionor sheet has a surface coated with an encapsulated reactant solution comprising dithiooxamide or an N, N'-disubstituted derivative thereof and a coreactant comprising nickel (II) chloride, sodium ricinoleate, and stearic acid, the arrangement being such that when the coated surface is contacted with an untreated surface and on application of localised pressure the reactant solution is released and transferred together with the coreactant to the untreated surface to form a visible image thereon. The reactant-containing capsules and coreactant may be present in the same or separate coatings. The coreactant coating may also include lithium stearate, zinc resinate, and sodium benzoate.
