[Also in Division B8] The backing sheet 1 to which labels 2 are detachably secured is coated with or contains a pressure-sensitive material to hold a record of an impression made on the labels. The backing sheet may have sprocket holes 3 for feeding. The label may also be of pressure-sensitive material, for example, of the type in which dye capsules are ruptured under pressure, and translucent layers may be laminated to the top surfaces of the label and of the backing sheet to protect the impressions. The label may include a layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive.
