Abstract
1331414 Grilling apparatus SOC ANON CADILLAC - FRANCE 14 Jan 1972 [ 26 Feb 1971] 1981/72 Heading A4D [ Also in Division F4] The back and side walls of an oven are provided with separately removable plates 8, 9, 10. The plates are retained in the oven by studs 6 on the walls of the oven which engage in complementary holes 11, which fit into grooves 12 in the studs 6. The plates 8, 9,10, are preferably covered with a self-cleaning enamel acting by catalysis. The studs 6 also serve as a support for a grill or drip pan 7. A hole and a slot in opposite side walls provide for a spit and further opening allow the spit to be rotated. The internal walls of the oven are reflective for heat radiation, the oven being provided with a radiant heater and means for rotating food to be cooked.
