Abstract

1327702 Jewellery STUPELL INDUSTRIES Ltd Inc 19 April 1971 [17 Aug 1970] 22879/71 Heading A3H An article of jewellery comprises at least one first part 14 having a non circular lug 32 extending therefrom and a second part 20 having an orifice 36 into which the lug locates snugly characterised in that, on assembly the lug of the first part extends through the orifice of the second part, the lug end portion being twisted about its longitudinal axis to effect the attachment. The first part may be at least one initial each with a lug, which could be brass. A method of making the article, using a tool 42, 44 see also Fig. 4 (not shown) is also disclosed.
