1327538 Travelling wave shedding looms WIRKMASCHINENBAU KARL - MARX - STADT VEB 26 June 1972 29851/72 Heading D1E The shuttle guide comb teeth 2 of a travelling wave shedding loom are mounted in a spring loaded holder 8 so that, in the event of shuttle jamming, the teeth 2 and holder 8 may rise. The shuttle travel may be monitored. The shuttles I are traversed by helically arranged teeth 7 on discs 4 which have other teeth (not shown) at radially increasing distances, to beat-up the weft.
